OK, so the same coot-0.4.1 works with stereo under 10.4.X but not under
10.5.x?
Does the X11 version of pymol work with stereo on 10.5.2 (or is there any
other way to verify X11 specifically is stereo-compatible on 10.5.2)?
Thanks.
