I am not sure if this would help (and if you might already know about
it), but there is a script to update PPM and HZ values in nmrDraw peak
tables. This script is called updateTab.tcl and it allows generating
PPM/Hz values on the basis of points values, as well as the reverse
conversion. I have used it to generate spectrum-specific values for peak
positions expressed in points, given the PPM values (which would of
course be independent of the spectrum processing/croppping/etc). I think
it also allows the expression/conversion of peak linewidth in Hz to LW
in terms of point values.
