Use a Fingerprint reader to authenticate maybe?
Usb readers at about £25.
Have one built in to my laptop which I don't use because it didn't seem very stable - or some how seemed to be interfering with my screenreader at start-up but worth a look.

Subject: logging on
Dear all
I'm working with a client who needs sticky keys access. However he uses a multi user PC at work, which requires him to use ctrl alt del to log
on. This is before his profile is loaded, so sticky keys is not
enabled. I've discovered that you can disable the need for ctrl alt del, but it's a security risk & he works in a high security environment.
Is there a way round this?
