We have processed student enrolments online for approximately three years
now and have found this much more efficient and effective than processing
hardcopy enrolment forms. However, at present we still mail packs of
related information and guidance.
I would be grateful for feedback from colleagues who have implemented
online enrolment on the following:
Is information sent out by mailing or provided online (if a combination,
please offer an approximate breakdown)?
Has feedback been elicited from students on whether they prefer to receive
information and undertake processes online or through mailings?
I would be happy to provide any feedback received to other interested
colleagues.
