And now they are complaining that the *lack* of disclosure is a Bad
Thing! No pleasing some people.
(I suspect this is just a version of the Black/White hat syndrome. It's
OK if people wearing white hats want something disclosed, but not if
they are wearing a black hat. All people asked to make a disclosure have
to do is recognise instinctively what colour hat the enquirer has on!!)
