 Hi

That was my worry at first because the chiropodist who showed me their value
promptly popped the burr she had used on my feet into her burr box!! Easily
sorted get enough leave each used burr in box of used equipment take home or
 whatever and clean.

However, they are a pain to clean if you scrub them they loose their
diamond dust,( if that type) so I have found lime scale remover or good a
boil up in vinegar seems to work wonders and then rinse well and sterilise.

In a similar vein, I'd like to ask if anyone else sterilizes the nail
drills/burrs prior to use on each patient (vs. impregnating the next set of
nails with the prior patient's mycotic dust).

 Any thoughts/comments would be appreciated.
