Dear David,
the output images of tbss_2_reg are
CON1_FA_FAi_to_Target_nonlinear.nii.gz (the warpfiled)
and CON1_FA_FAi_to_Target_nonlinear_hr.nii.gz (the NL
registered image) for instance.
But please bear in mind that the NL registration in
tbss takes approx. 5h per subject, so 24h may be far
from being enough to get it done if you've got more
than 4 subjects and no SGE system (to run all the
registrations in parallel).
