Dear all,
I have added some extensions to the Link Seq Spin Systems option which may
be of interest:
"Filter By Inter/Intra Type" with this option set on (default) the
matched strips exclude those that result from two intra residue or two
inter residue peaks being close in the non-root dim. For example
with this option active an HNcoCA peak will no longer match an HNCA
peak if the HNCA peak overlaps with an HNcoCA peak (i.e. from the same
amide as the HNCA peak). This option easily toggles off if there are
issues with inter and inter residue shifts having similar values.
The system has now been opened up to allow matching of HN
rooted experiments with 1H in the indirect (match) dimension. Previously
this was limited to 13C. Thus you can work with H{ca|cca}NH,
H{ca|cca}coNH and the like. I have also enabled H[N]_H.TOCSY and
H[N]_H.NOESY, and this seems to work OK, but the risk is yours...
Solid state experiments are next on the list for this system.
T.
