Aberdeen City Archives have launched a new Document of the Month feature on our website. We aim to showcase a different document from our collections each month to introduce users to our archives, and also show a wide variety of sources for their use.
The website can be accessed at www.aberdeencity.gov.uk/archives
Aberdeen City Archives hold the finest and most complete collection of medieval burgh records in Scotland. As well as records for Aberdeen City, we also administer the archives service for Aberdeenshire Council and our Document of the Month will feature items from across our whole collection.
Please bring this to the attention of interested parties.
Thanks,
