Dear all,
I am currently investigating whether other HEIs request any feedback from students who have applied to the Access to Learning Fund (ALF)? Also, whether it's actually feasible to do so due to the confidential/sensitive nature of the fund?
At the moment, we don't ask for any feedback, but would be interested to gain student views with regard to the following issues:
On submitting an application to ALF, what expectations did the student have with regard to the potential outcome?
Did the level of award meet these expectations? If not, to what extent and why?
Was the level of award a major factor in helping the student remain in higher education?
Was the application process straightforward?
How would the student rate the response/turnaround time?
I would be grateful for your views on this matter.
Kind regards.
