You can use the toolbox MASCOI (http://homepages.uni-tuebingen.de/
matthias.reimold/mascoi/) to display positive (red) and negative
(blue) clusters in the same image. If you just want the traditional
thresholded t-map as in spm2, simply ignore the right side of the
window.
