Here is a thought for our third thread of December 07 on, 'How are we researching our educational
influences in policy formation, implementation and evaluation in the education of social formations?'
In the UK there is a government policy that is presurising teachers and schools to identify 10% of
pupils as gifted and talented. There is also a movement to develop an inclusional approach to gifted
and talented education that recognises the importance of responding to the talents of every person
in supporting the production of their gifts.
