It's the custom on web lists for new members to introduce themselves.
It's not a bad idea for members who have been inactive for a long
stretch to reintroduce themselves--there's a lot of turnover on the
list. I've been an active member a long time, but I don't remember
Cindy Lee or Heather Taylor. Introductions?
