Thanks for taking a look at this. I've uploaded the version where I chose
"Empty (all zeros)." The ID is 407028. If you'd like to take a look at the
version where the EV is defined by an empty 3-column text file I can send
that up, too. However, the results are identical. Oh, and yes, I am using
4.0.2.
