Sergiu,
Run the attached script and then cat them on the unix command line (or in
matlab).
FSL users: this script was written by Mike Worden at the Brown U. magnetic
resonance facility. It extracts bvacs and bvals from a file list. Just
point the matlab script at the correct files, and fire away.
