Eurotalk, you might be interested to see this report issued earlier in 2007 'Electronic publishing
of legislation - towards authenticity. Final report of the working group' submitted to the 4th
meeting of the European Forum of Official Gazettes, June 2007

This states the position in different Member States: in Estonia, for example, from 1.1.07 the
electronic version of legal gazettes is the only authentic one .
