Saturday 1st December 07 Hi James, You promised that you would email me all your notes from our conversation on Thursday and Friday in my case. When will I recieve a copy of these notes? As I said I will need assistance and support with the court orders and appeal forms. I will need a transcriber to assist in writing these forms under DDA 2005 (Amended DDA 1995). As I stated Mr Goring in no longer my non-legal advocate and should not be served with any orders on my behalf. As I siad the assistance and all support, aids and assistive technology should be in-line with the legal precedent; Revell vs General Council of the Bar (2003) which al public bodies and the Court(s) are continually not making these 'reasonable-adjustments' and treating me less favourably as a NeuroDiverse 'Autistic' disabled person and these means I am not being given a 'fair hearing' (article 6) and discrimination (art 14) HRA 1998 and also abused of my basic human rights to legal representation in my this hearing last Thursday and all previous hearings which I need to appeal to the High Court.I have also received no responses from the Court and ERYC and others all public bodies in my case to my 'Letter of service before Court Action',under DDA 2005 Act ( Amended DDA 1995 Act) served on the Court and all publc bodies weeks ago. HHJ Grenfell is well informed of this service letter and the ERYC and Court should have discussed this within the Court on Thursday and also Mr Goring should have represeted my 'voice' in my absense, which he did not act in my best interest on this mtter and other matters which I have brought to James Waterson's attention to HHJ Grenfell, which I am awaiting all the notes from our conversations on Thursday and Friday with my expressed concerns and complaints. I also spoke with Dr Bawn, GP and she has apoligised, which I have accepted, for writing the letter to the Court, which I was not aware Mr Goring was doing. As I said I find the Court environment very stressful and traumatic (social model) as a NeuroDiverse 'Autistic' person, due to all my access needs not beingf implemented, but I though and was misinformed by Mr Goring, that Mr Darren Stott wouuld be respresenting me as legal mediator/advocate at the hearing on Thursday, which was clearly not the case and If I would have been informed by Mr Goring on this, then I would have attended the Court to have the opportunity to defend myself on these matters and also put in counter-injunctions and other orders too which I was informed by Mr Stott would be happening in my case. As everyone is well informed since 1995 and within all previous hearings and this one on Thursday, that Dr Aylott, Christine Breakey, Mellissa Moore, Mr Goring (all non-legal advocates) and Mr Whyatt, (peer advocate) and all Circle-Of Support/Friends and I have always asked for 'specialist' mediation/conciliation that meet my asssed needs, which again I have been duly informed by Mr Goring that the ERYC, Court and all other public bodies have refused again, which is 'unreasonable-behaviour' and discrimination. The DRC and CEHR have been approached on these matters. The CEHR legal team is again urgently looking into these matters in supporting my case and needs to correspond with Mr Darren Stott, leagl medicator/advocate on these urgent matters. As a 'specialist-advisor', since 1995, on NeuroDiversity and Autism and Mental Health Issues to DRC (now CEHR) and other Government Departments and UN Disability Convention they share my concerns about the continued 'criminalisation' of 'impairments' ('behaviour'), 'impairments' ('behaviour'), of those individuals experiencing living with NeuroDiversity (Autism) and Mental Health issues ( mental distress/trauma), like myself, under the DDA 2005 and also HRA 1998, ECHR and UN Disability Convention and EU directives and treaties, including Amsterdam Treaty and a legal precedent now needs to be taken to the High Court and the the ECHR.Colin Revell v General Council of the Bar – Legal Services Ombudsman case ref:27185,. September 2003See link:-http://www.leeds.ac.uk/disability-studies/archiveuk/DRC/Legal%20Bulletin%20Issue\%205.pdfWith Kind Regards, Yours,Colin Revell
