ALISS Visit to Bishopsgate Institute 11th December 2.30pm
ALISS (Association of Librarians and Information professionals in the Social Sciences). are pleased to announce an opportunity to visit Bishopsgate Institute. The Library has a unique collection of books, journals and pamphlets the history and topography of London, in particular the East End, and the freethought, early labour, and cooperative movements.
It is located in London at

The visit will incorporate a tour of the service and an opportunity to meet staff and here about their work.
The visit will last approximately 1.5 hours
Note the institute request a donation of £2.50 per person. For the tour (both ALISS members and non-members) this will be payable to them on the day.
