HI Kate,
we are going through the same thing here.
Single user access is pretty useless so the alternative is to take out a multi-
user licence which I expect will be costly.
Many of us here do not find the XpertHR website user friendly
and were very disappointed to learn that this was the only available way to
access the journals .
I did have a bad feeling this would happen when the access point moved to
XpertHR. We have been offered training but I feel this will inevitably lead to
a sales pitch.
I too would be interested in other libraries experiences with XpertHR.

Dear colleagues,
I have been informed that we are unable to access our subs to IRS
Employment Review and European Employment Review through the IRS site
which has now become XpertHR. They are no longer available through
Lexis- Nexis Butterworths. Neither Swets nor Ebsco have been given
permission to load these titles on to their platforms, Swetswise and
Ebsco EJS, and these agents can only provide single named user access.
Multiple user access for XpertHR is only available by subscribing to
XpertHR, priced on a login count basis.
Has anyone else solved this problem, or do we have to negotiate on a
library by library basis?
