At Oxford Brookes University many students have reported over the last
month that they are not able to access our Ovid Silverplatter databases
when they are off campus. The Ovid server is at arc.uk.ovid.com.
This problem does not affect all students and we have not been able to
replicate the problem. Ovid have advised that users should clear the
cookies and caches from their browsers and try again but this does not
help.
It would be extremely helpful to hear if any other customers have been
having similar problems.
