UKI /is/ a significant number of sites, or more usefully, a significant
chunk
of SpecINT. We should be refusing to touch this with a bargepole since
there's
no way the LHC experiments are going to want to pass up access to our
resources.
If we take a clear line of 'No' (which I'd rather thought we had been up
until
yesterday) the experiments will learn to live with it.
