I'm hoping some of the wise and experienced folk around here know of a method by which you can extract ROI summary values, such as the number of voxel above a threshold, from a results image that is not an SPM con image.
Essentially, I have z-score converted results images for each subject, as well as manual ROIs that I would like to use as inclusive masks (binary analyze images of particular regions) and extract the number of voxels with z-score above a certain threshold. The z-score converted image is not a SPM .con image and is not directly associated with an SPM.mat. I would like to obtain the following and would be willing to adopt any method to get these:
1.) number of voxel in the ROI
2.) number of suprathreshold (z-score) voxels within ROI mask
I thought about Marsbar, but it's my understanding that this would require my running a typical SPM analysis. That's my problem. I already have my results in the form of these individual z-score images and running a typical analysis or SPM.mat file to obtain these values will not work. Just looking for a simple binary analyze image mask application to results image process that will give me the values above...any thoughts on how to do this?
Thanks to all,
