Interesting. Myself I dont use qmon as I have found it very buggy.
The Tcl/Tk in it seems to cause more grief than warranted.

Not that I am aware of. You can configure these things on a per-queue
(or even per complex) basis.
In any case I have added another section to the wiki page that gives a
walkthrough for creating verylong.q, long.q, short.q and veryshort.q
as needed by FSL. (see fsl_sub)
