Craig

I'm glad you posted this. I'd been meaning for a while to post some
feedback on the service. Personally, I feel this is a major
contribution to our discussions and as you know, I'm exploring the
possibility of doing something similar for a series of themed research
seminars here in the Department. My only negative remark (and this is a
really tiny niggle actually) is that I find the structure a bit complex.
There seem to be five channels all of which do something slightly
different but generally overlapping. For old men like me, a simpler
structure (say: Current Progs and Archive Progs.) would be welcome.

But that's my only negative - I just think this is a tremendous service
and I'm in awe of Anthony's energy and application as your unpaid roving
reporter!!!

Subject: [EFTC] Feedback on RadioTC International

Dear all,

There were 331 audio and video programme downloads from RadioTC
International during September. It's difficult to know how to judge
these things, but that is probably not too bad as far as it goes.

The question is, how far can it go? What can RadioTC International do to
improve, or be more attractive, or easier to use, or more useful?

I'd be very grateful to have any kind of feedback on RadioTC
Internatonal. Is there something you particularly like? Are you
completely not able to download or listen to programmes? Is there
something frustrating? Is there something rewarding?

If you're having any problems, what system are you using? dialup or
broadband? speed of connection. ...

Have you learned anything from any of the programmes?

Is the way we advertise new programmes effective or forgettable?

Is it worth doing?

Any feedback, positive, negative or "I can't get it" will be very
welcome.

Many thanks,

Craig
