for 2nd level one-sample t-tests, I'm using a batch provided by Rik Henson some time ago (see below). It's for SPM2, however, so I don't know if it's of any use to you.

Dear all,
is there a script existing/available to read out result contrasts from an
estimated SPM.mat in (SPM5)?
This would be useful for automated generation of 2nd level contrasts etc.
