When I am lurking rather than joining in, it is either because
I'm too busy and am not reading it at all, or because I don't have
anything to add to what has already been said. I'm on the other
side of the world from many of you, so new topics may already have
been discussed quite thoroughly while I've been sleeping.

Isn't it meant to be for discussing poetry, poetics and related matters,
ie, whatever else poets want to talk about? Seems to be doing that.
Often I sort the messages by subject and read those that look interesting.
One thing I have always wanted people to do, but they just won't!, is
to edit the subject lines to reflect the development of the conversation.
