Dear colleagues -
We have noticed a possible artifact when using MaxMove, i.e, the -trans
option within MaxFilter. On a few subjects now, the data seems to be
"stretched" (or simply "noised") at the vertex when attempting to
"trans" the data to default (DEVICE) space - see two attached graphics
with and without any "trans".
The MaxFilter command line was along the lines:
/neuro/bin/util/maxfilter \
-f ./raw.fif \
-o ./raw_sssNOST_headDEFAULT.fif \
-ctc /neuro/databases/ctc/ct_sparse.fif \
-cal /neuro/databases/sss/sss_cal.dat \
-format short \
-autobad on \
-movecomp -hpistep 200 -hpisubt amp -hp
./hpi_raw_sssNOST_headDEFAULT.pos \
-ds 3 \
-trans default
Has anyone else noticed this, or offer some help (have we made a mistake
somewhere?)
