given this digest is entirely dedicated to information literacy, and I have endless problems with the 20= which the machine that constructs the digests puts into messages, and over a long time, no one at jiscmail appears to be responsible, it is entertaining that the url below, which my client then attempts to automate, has an extra line break inserted, so it doesn't work.
Then we try to work out whethere the = between are and here might be what is at stake, or do we have to try to work something else out? What is the role of the [] ?
imffho, there are some basics which need attending to, before too many !! are inserted into messages.
Is there someone on this list who has the authority to approach the jiscmail people and try to get this =20 issue sorted? It isn't simply on this list that it is an impediment to communication? It wont be long before some best value evaluator comes along and says that jiscmail is long past its retirement date.
