Subject: Learning Materials Application Profile scoping study

Hello all,
I'm starting a new project on behalf of JISC CETIS, which I've outlined
on my CETIS blog at
http://blogs.cetis.ac.uk/philb/2007/10/12/learning-material-application-profile-scoping-study/

The general aim is to describe the range of properties of the varied
learning materials that a manager of a repository of education
materials might need to consider. It's complementary (I hope) to the DC
Education community's work looking at just the educational properties of
resources. I would be really welcome comments on this project from
repository managers, domain experts and others, so if you're interested
please get in touch/leave a comment on the blog/or discuss on this list.

All the best, Phil.

ps: using this list to advertise key project events (start-up,
deliverables being delivered, meetings) and appeals for help isn't a
list-owners/domain coordinators privilege :-) I hope everyone else feels
that they can use this list to post such information.
