The National Collaborating Centre for Women's and Children's Health (NCC-WCH) is a multi-disciplinary, enthusiastic and friendly health services research team. Additional commissions and career development has led to opportunities for two people to join our existing team technical teams. These are full-time, permanent positions.
The Centre is commissioned by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) to produce evidence-based clinical and public health guidelines for the National Health Service. We work with guideline development groups (GDGs), whose membership include health care professionals, lay representatives, and an extensive range of stakeholders. Our host institute is the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and our new offices are based on Goodge Street.
