What you may be looking for is an extent threshold which is specified
when you are asked for "Voxel" where 0 is pre-specified. If you enter,
say, 10 there, all clusters with less than 10 voxels will be suppressed
from the output. If you still have a lot of scattered activation you may
want to reconsider your significance threshold - is it 0.001 uncorrected
you use? A lot of people will not consider that stringent enough, and
most of the "small and dirty stuff" will go away when you use a
correction for multiple comparisons (FWE or FDR). Then again, what it
does to what you now consider "true results" is another question :)
