The two atlases are created in slightly different ways - one via
manual segmentation of averaged tensor maps and the other by
averaging across subjects single-subject tractography outputs. I
would look carefully at both and decide which (or both) to use to
help you report your results. You probably also want to consult more
detailed atlas books such as Mori's excellent atlas.
