I came across the Piccolo, which is used in the lab on QE2.

Doesn't look as if they have a distributor in Europe though

Subject: profile testing by whole blood POCT
Dear colleagues,
One of our geriatricians has expressed interest in acquiring a point of
care analyser for a community based rapid-access clinic. He is looking
for an instrument that will do standard profiles (renal, liver, bone)
for acute presentations. We had an instrument in mind but we now find
they don't want to have to centrifuge. Does anybody know of any
instruments that do such profiles on whole blood (at a reasonable cost).
thanks in advance.
Peadar.
