I am hoping that someone out there can help. I am currently doing a
method comparison for my MSc and have been able to use the EZ spot chem
analyser (Menarini), the problem is the method insert states that the
method principle uses 3,5 dinitrobenzoic acid for measuring creatinine
through a dry chemistry system.
I am unable to find out any more about the methodology for this system and
the only reference that comes close is from Clinical Chemistry 1977!
Does anyone out there know anything about the method prinicples?
creatinine + 3,5 dinitrobenzoic acid -------> red chromogen
thank you in advance
