I am sorry to belabour what might be a minor point, but I was not asking
about why these test-retest values (one example of many cases) that I
presented below are slightly different across versions of siena: rather I
was trying to ask whether or not siena versions 2.4 and 2.5 actually make
use of the "-2" flag (because, as opposed to version 2.3, they both seem
to output the exact same PBVC values regardless of whether or not the "-2"
flag is passed).
