Hello,
There should be a script in ccpnmr/bin called dataShifter. If it's not in
your distribution then it should look like:
#!/bin/bash
export CCPNMR_TOP_DIR=/Users/wb104/ccpnmr1.0.15
export PYTHONPATH=.:$CCPNMR_TOP_DIR/ccpnmr1.0/python
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/sw/lib:/sw/lib
export TCL_LIBRARY=/sw/lib/tcl8.4
export TK_LIBRARY=/sw/lib/tk8.4
/sw/bin/python -O $CCPNMR_TOP_DIR/ccpnmr1.0/python/ccpnmr/format/gui/DataShifter.py
where all the specifics will be different for your machine (look in
ccpnmr/bin/analysis or ccpnmr/bin/formatConverter to see what they should
be on your machine).
That specific error message you got about memops.universal.Io is because
the PYTHONPATH was not set. (The script does this but you could also do
in your shell.) The DeprecationWarning is more serious, that is a junk
character which somehow sometimes creeps in on Wim's computer (the fault
of Eclipse???). That and any other junk characters like that do not
belong. Which version of the FormatConverter or Analysis are you using?
