Hello,
Right, for those who got this problem (which Tim has hopefully fixed now),
you will need to run bin/updateAll (or bin/updateCheck if you want to
check what is being installed ahead of time). For those without
bin/updateAll, copy bin/analysis to bin/updateAll and change the last line
in bin/updateAll to read:
/sw/bin/python -O $CCPNMR_TOP_DIR/ccpnmr1.0/python/ccpnmr/update/UpdateAuto.py
