I've been running SPM5 on Panther without any problems (or
recompiling) so it's not going to be a simple answer. To get help,
you need to provide the following standard troubleshooting information:
1) version numbers for OS X, SPM5, and Matlab
2) hardware information (especially whether the Mac is G4, G5, or Intel)
3) full error printout
4) information about the data. For example, if you use Display on
the data, does it look okay? Have you had a chance to try it out on
a PC? How about SPM2 on the Mac?
5) information about what exactly you did (settings, steps, etc.)
The task would be to determine whether the problem lies with the
computer, the software, the data, or the user. Anything you can do
to eliminate one of the suspects would be helpful.
Cheers!
