It is possible that there is an spm_bsplinc.m file somewhere in your
MATLABPATH, which is in a directory ahead of spm_bsplinc.mexw32 . You
can check to see which version MATLAB is finding by...
which spm_bsplinc
If it is picking up a version in a different directory, then change your
MATLABPATH accordingly (or delete the rogue version).

Hello,
I have put the *.mex32 files in the correct places in het
spm directory, but I am still not able to run a job in
SPM. If I try realignment I get the following error:
Running "Realign: Estimate & Reslice"
Error running job:
Error using ==> spm_bsplinc
spm_bsplinc.c not compiled - see Makefile
I saw the file spm_bsplinc.mexw32 is in the spm directory
and I removed the spm_bsplinc.dll file but this did not
make a difference. What else can I do to get SPm running.
Thanks,
Edith
