Towards a European Repository Ecology: conceptualising interactions
between networks of repositories and services
We are pleased to announce the programme for our workshop being held in
conjunction with ECDL 2007 (Budapest, Hungary).
Workshop presenters will discuss approaches to repository and service
interactions influenced by models from ecology. The workshop will allow
participants to consider the usefulness of these approaches to
complement architectural models of interoperability and to their local
setting and to the wider networks they participate in. It will also
begin to identify existing components of the European repository
ecosystem, and highlight opportunities for repository and service
interaction with that ecosystem.

11:00-12:30 Presentations Session 1: ecological approaches
