First off I should redirect you back to your local support people as indeed they are the people providing your support.. However...
The NHS platform currently does not support anything other than SynQ outlook integration for calendaring or remote clients. There is a preparatory XML interface which the synQ application uses to communicate with the calendar servers.

The XML interface on the mirapoint could be used by other vendors,
however they currently do not take advantage of it. You'd have to write
something yourself. However we do not publish the interface
specifications so that might be a little difficult.
