Hi - eddy_correct and dtifit are unchanged - so DTI preprocessing for
TBSS is unchanged.
However, bedpost is now replaced with bedpostx, which does more
advanced diffusion preprocessing for the pre-tractography analysis,
allowing crossing fibre modelling, hence bedpost should be re-run
with bedpostx.
Cheers.
