Daniel Rueckert's rview program (part of the IRTK installation in
certain privileged London institutions, if not the general release)
includes an absolutely lovely tool for real-time adjustment of affine
transformation parameters (I think the two images are rendered in
world-space using some fast openGL tricks, so it might not be that
easy to re-implement with fslview's more voxel-wise display). If
anyone is using Nudge a lot, it might be worth talking to Daniel
(http://www.doc.ic.ac.uk/~dr/) to see whether it's possible to get
hold of this (it may even be in his public release, I haven't looked).
Anyway, thought I'd mention that... though it's rather ungrateful, I
know, to be plugging someone else's software given all the fantastic
new FSL stuff! ;-)
