Hi - sounds odd...can you turn off the Registration->Standard space
button and see if the problem still exists? It may be that one of the
registration images has the problem I was describing.
It is possible that you don't have the right binaries for the
platform you are on - exactly what OS are you running and which
version of FSL did you download?
What happens if you type "flirt" on the command line?
What about "fslnvols $FSLDIR/data/standard/MNI152_T1_1mm"?
