£14,142 - £15,459 per annum (pay award pending), Full Time (37 hours
per week)
12 month fixed term contract.
We are looking for a Record Assistant to join our forward looking team
delivering high quality archive and records management services across
the county. The successful candidate will be involved with the day to
day provision of archive services to the public including searchroom
supervision, answering enquiries and reprographics work. Some evening
and weekend working will be required. You will be customer focussed with
good interpersonal and communication skills and a strong commitment to
excellence in public service delivery. A knowledge of local history and
research techniques is desirable. You should have a minimum of 3
GCSE’s (or equivalent), including Maths and English at Grade C or
above. You must have good ICT skills. A full clean driving licence would
be an
