Hi Shane,
For an on screen PC based rhythm generator that allows self testing
against a time limit, try the ECG simulation based on the skillstat
website:
http://www.skillstat.com/Flash/ECGSim531.html
This is completely free.
We are also developing a flash based LO that will display biorhythms on
a typical HP monitor, for use within learning scenarios/case based
simulations that are supported by our Virtual Case Creator software. We
also have a further project on going which again will be Flash based
that aims to teaching how to measure, record and diagnose 12 lead ECG's.
If you are interested in the latter give me a call and I'll provide you
with more information.
Hope this helps

Subject: ECG rhythm generators
Hi All
I'm off to Sri Lanka to run an Emergency Life Support course
(elscourse.com.au)
As its the first one overseas I need to buy some equipment to make life
simpler for all
I can buy a rhythm generator for about 1000 Australian dollars .
Does anyone know of any decent standalone computer programmes that allow
me
to generate rhythms and change them at the push of a button?
And that obviously don't cost 1000 dollars
