Does anyone have experience of - or can recommend - use of electronic
video or audio methods to record visitor feedback?
We have details of one company that can supply kiosks and would like to
hear from anyone who may have used these or similar methods to capture
visitor stories.
I am specifically thinking of a system that would enable visitors to
interact in a gallery context, similar (dare I say it) to the 'Big
Brother' Diary Room format. This would be to capture their personal
response or story in relation to a gallery theme (rather than a Visitor
Book electronic feedback).
We would look for options to use these stories to present to other
visitors, in the kiosk, in the gallery itself or online.
Many thanks,
Christine McLean
