I just checked it and everything works fine.
The forbidden error usually occurs when the repository is updated. The
maintainance software prevents you from downloading partial files, which
would be of no use for you.
However, this should be done in seconds, or at max minutes -- depending
on how much new stuff has to be parsed.
I continously update the repository, so this could in theory happen a
few times distributed over the day.
Could you please try it again -- everything should work. If not please
tell me.
