Hi
yes, simply run melodic with the 'output full stats folder' or the --
Ostats command line. MELODIC then saves the thresholded maps in the /
stats subfolder of the .ica directory. It will also save the mixture
model probability maps in case you want tot re-threshold at a
different level.
