Dear all,
new versions of the VBM Toolbox for SPM2 and SPM5 are available at:
http://dbm.neuro.uni-jena.de/vbm
The VBM 5.1 Toolbox for SPM5 is a major update with many new features:
- non-stationary cluster extent correction
- command line batch-mode without GUI
- tools for checking sample homogeneity
- calculating raw volumes
- threshold and transform T-maps
- (pre)set of origin using center-of-mass
- prior-free segmentation approach (experimental)
- modulated images using non-linear terms only
Please check my website for updated information. You can also find help
information if you call the toolbox via the Toolbox selector, which is the
recommended way of using the toolbox.
The non-stationary cluster extent correction is based on the toolbox of
Satoru Hayasaka (http://www.fmri.wfubmc.edu/HTML_nS_Cluster).
The VBM2 toolbox is only a minor update and was extended by the
non-stationary cluster extent correction.
Best regards,
Christian
